Keith Minnich
Minnich has 35 years of industrial water treatment experience in the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia with an emphasis on recycle and reuse of water and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD). He has held a variety of positions in engineering, engineering management, project management, general management, and business development. Mr. Minnich is an internationally recognized expert in:
- Reuse of produced water from hydraulic fracturing and heavy oil production,
- ZLD for power plant cooling tower blowdown and flue gas desulfurization, and
- Seawater thermal desalination
Minnich is first or co-inventor of more than ten patents and applications related to water treatment and reuse.
Jana Vander Kloet
Vander Kloet is an established and outcome-driven project manager, researcher and chemist with a reputation for organization, thorough oversight and clear reporting. Along with a strong water chemistry background, she has proven analytical and organizational skills for synthesizing concepts, information and data. Her work experience includes project management, design, operations and business development. She was the project manager for the design, procurement, fabrication and pilot testing of an alternate steam generator and an evaporator waste brine treatment process.
